• Weddings: $325/hr (2 hr minimum)

• Engagement SESSION: $200/hr (1 hr minimum)

• Family Photo SESSION: $200/hr (up to 8 people, +$25 for each additional person, 1 hr minimum)

• Senior Photo SESSION: $225/hr (1hr minimum)

• Other Group Events: $200/hr (2hr minimum)

Delivery timeline is generally 1-3 weeks following the shoot date. Photos are typically delivered via flash drive or secure online transfer (Google Drive or Google Photos). Alternative delivery methods can be arranged upon request. Personal use of photos for profile pictures, social media, etc is allowed. Please contact me for commercial use.

A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee of 50% of the total agreed upon cost is required no later than 2 weeks before the event to secure the date on my calendar. The remaining 50% of the cost is due at the time of the event.

ONE revision is allowed after initial delivery; additional revision requests are subject to fees.

• Second-Shooter Photographer, No Editing: $75/hr (2 hour minimum)

• Second-Shooter Videographer, No Editing: $90/hr (2 hour minimum)

• Photo Editor: $80/hr

Delivery timeline for photos is 1-3 weeks, while video is generally 2-6 weeks in this category. Faster delivery may be requested for an additional cost.

Payments

• Payments are accepted via cash, check, Apple Pay, Venmo, or CashApp.

Session Length & Minimums

• Most photo sessions last approximately 1 hour and require a 1-hour minimum rate. Sessions exceeding this time will be billed proportionally at the hourly rate for the additional time.

• Weddings and other events require a 2-hour minimum rate. Overtime will also be billed proportionally if the event exceeds the booked time.

Revision Clarification

• For both photos and videos, ONE revision is allowed. Additional revision requests will incur fees proportionate to my hourly rate.

Cancellation

• In the event of a cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable. Please notify me as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.

Reschedule

• In the event that an event is rescheduled for personal reasons, the client will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Weather

• In the event that a shoot is postponed due to inclement weather, a rescheduled date will be allowed at no additional cost.

Travel & Mileage

• Travel beyond a 30-mile radius from Chesapeake, Virginia will incur a mileage fee.

Taxes

• Virginia sales tax will be added to the total cost of your booking.

Meals for Long Shoots

• Any shoot exceeding 6 hours will require a meal. The client may either provide the meal or pay a small fee to cover it.

Rights and Usage

• All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Frames by Garrett, LLC. Clients are granted a license for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

Force Majeure

• I am not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, including severe weather, illness, or equipment failure. Every effort will be made to accommodate reschedules.
